Saeid Sadri PhD, RA, NCARB

Director of Development

Saeid has Forty-six years of experience in design and construction. Since 1980 has been working as a construction consultant and owner of a development and construction company in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Registered Architect (RA) in the State of Georgia, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certificate holder and had been Designated Professional Design Builder by the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). From 2012 to 2015, he was a Professor and Founding Head of Civil Engineering Department at School of Engineering, Nazarbayev University. Before then he was an Associate Professor at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and taught construction management for 22 years. He received his Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from University of Tehran and Doctor of Philosophy degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering with specialty in Construction Engineering and Management and minor in Management Science. He has received National Distinguish Leadership in Education Award and Southeast Chapter President Award from the Design Build Institute of America, and Georgia Institute of Technology, College of Architecture Outstanding Continuing Education Award. 

Zuhair Itr PhD, CCE

Director of Operations

Dr. Itr received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1985. He went to Georgia Institute of Technology to complete his Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1987. During that period Dr. Itr worked on research projects in risk analysis, the use of fuzzy sets in decision making, and the use of equipment automation in the construction industry. In 1992, Dr. Itr completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech. His dissertation was focused on public policy in the construction arena. Dr. Itr has a wealth of industry expertise in the construction management arena with a focus on cost engineering, estimating and bidding strategy. His twenty-eight years' experience on the consulting and contracting side of the construction industry gave him great knowledge in preparing and evaluating program estimates, conceptual estimates, and detail cost estimates on wide variety of construction project. Dr. Itr is a Certified Cost Engineer with the American Association of Cost Engineer (AACEI), he is a Licensed Residential and Light Commercial Contractor in the State of Georgia and a Certified Earthcraft Builder, Dr. Itr received a State of Georgia Level 1A Certification in Erosion and Sedimentation Control. He is an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and a Home Energy Rater Certification by RESNET. He is Licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Georgia. Finally Dr. Itr speaks, writes, and read, fluently Arabic, French and English.

Kian Sadri GCQA, LEED GA

Project Manager

Kian has been an active member of the construction and real estate industry since his graduation from Georgia Tech in 2011. He has managed commercial and industrial projects in the States of Georgia and California, and conducted real estate investment studies for residential and commercial developments throughout Georgia. Kian has worked as both superintendent and project manager on commercial and industrial projects, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project coordination and operations. Kian received his Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the field of Building Construction. He is a licensed General Contractor for the State of Georgia and is also a LEED Green Associate.

Soudabeh Sadri

Soudabeh Sadri is Director of Administration of Novin Construction, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, Historic Preservation/Revitalization from Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y.  and Master of Science in Community Development, Urban Studies/Land Use Planning from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. From 1987 to 2003 she worked in the Georgia State Capitol as Legislative Executive for Fulton County House Delegation. In this position, she assisted Fulton County House Delegation in developing annual legislative program. From 2003 to 2011 she was Vice President of Order Construction in Atlanta. She oversaw administrative and finance for the residential division of the company managing administration of single and multifamily developments and from 2012 to 2018 she was manager of graduate residence hall at Georgia Tech.

Karina Roca, AIA International

Karina is in charge of pre-construction services. She is a detail-oriented project manager specializing in project design and administration as well as construction detailing and documentation. She is proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Procore construction software. Karina works with clients to detail and perfect architectural design to meet their needs while balancing site limitations and city requirements. She is experienced in cost budgeting and quantity takeoffs and collaborates with subcontractors, clients and client design teams to keep submittals, materials, change orders, and pay applications for smooth project delivery. ​Karina is Bolivian native and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) in 1997. Previously, she worked on the design of various commercial, residential, and renovation projects and held the position of Architect/Project Administrator for Constructora Cordoba in Bolivia. Karina moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2000 and has been working on design and management for various construction projects since.

Fernan Villegas

Fernan is Chief Financial Officer of Novin Construction. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting, accounting and human resource operations, ensuring that Novin Construction is maintaining good financial relations with customers, vendors and suppliers, effectively managing working capital, construction job cost control and providing exceptional financial information to all shareholders. Fernan has more than 35 years of managing accounting department, leading change, system improvement, financial planning and management. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Adamson University and his MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. Before immigrating to the US, he was a practicing CPA in the Philippines where he held several executive roles including Chief Accountant for Alhambra Industries, a Swiss-owned cigars and cigarette manufacturing and as CFO for CASCO, Service Division of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines. He started his career In the US in 1990 as Financial Controller for Hargrom Services Corporation in Los Angeles, CA. From 2007 to 2011, he served as CFO for Brunning & Stang ConstructionManagement, Inc. He moved on to work as AR Billing Manager for Prime Power Services, an emergency power supply generation and maintenance company. He later was Controller for Onepath Systems, LLC, Building Technologies Division and most recently, he was the Forensic Accountant for Goldberg’s Group of Companies.

Bahareh Maneshi

Bahareh oversees accounting at Novin Construction. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014. ​

In 2006 Bahareh moved to Atlanta and began her career in construction with a variety of contractors. From 2006 to 2016 she was employed with Hudson Corp. There, she got her start as an accounting manager. Bahareh left Hudson to pursue teaching for a year in a military program. In 2017 she joined Novin's team as the accounting manager. ​Bahareh is currently responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and job cost reporting.
